I'm new to this site. Please advise on the process/ steps that I need to take when getting into condo conversion in California.
-contact Planning & Zoning?
-who do I need to hire? (architect, engineer, surveyor)
how much it would costs to pay for each of their professional fees?
-is duplex or fourplex a good investment for condo conversion?
or should i start with more than 4 units?
what are the factors that i need to consider to make sure that i receive a good investment return?
